1. COTI LLC: The owner of the sites and service platform offered and covered under these terms.
2. "Publisher": is a user member who creates Skedules of events
3. "Skedule": an events calendar in our platform is called a Skedule
4. "Events": a sub-component or individual activity in a Skedule
5. "Consumer": a person who views, saves and retrieves Skedules
6. "Service" or "Platform": brings together Publishers and Consumers interested in Skedules and events. the platform hosts, users, Skedules and events.
7. "User Content": Content created by the Publisher and posted on the Skedules Platform.
8. "User Accounts" or "User": Accounts set up by users to use the platform. These can be Publisher or Consumer accounts. Only Publisher accounts create and share content
9. "Personal Identifying Information": Information such as; email address, name, address or phone number which can be directly linked to a specific individual.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions provided within the Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create a user account which may include personal identifiable information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and promptly update any changes to ensure it remains accurate and complete.

COTI LLC offers a platform for “Publishers” to create and share digital versions of their event calendars. As such, COTI LLC does not create, organize, or own the events or Skedules listed on the Services. The Publisher of a Skedule is solely responsible for ensuring that their Skedules and events comply with any applicable laws, rules, and regulations are delivered as described and in an accurate, satisfactory manner. Publishers/you are solely responsible for the content you or your designate posts, uploads, shares, or otherwise makes available on the Service ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant COTI LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, and display your User Content on the Service or to use for promotional purposes. You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, offensive, knowingly false or otherwise objectionable. COTI LLC reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. COTI LLC reserves the right to suspend any account that it deems in its sole discretion to not meet community standards. Once a Skedule or Publisher is back n compliance, they may request to be un-suspended.

The Service and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, and any other materials provided by COTI LLC, are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to COTI LLC. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or display any portion of the Service without prior written consent from COTI LLC or the respective owners. Publishers may not remove or alter any identification of the service being "Powered by Skedules", or the identifying website www.skedules.live.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Skedules Live, you agreed to use cookies in agreement 's Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. COTI LLC is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such external sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Skedules.Live or COTI LLC are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of such websites or resources.

While using the Service, you agree not to: a) Violate any applicable laws or regulations; b) Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; c) Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers; d) engage in any unauthorized access or use of user accounts, including scrapping content from the site; e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; f) Use the Service for any unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent purposes.

COTI LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. The User may delete their account and all associated Personal Identifying Information as specified in the COTI LLC Privacy Policy.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms will survive (i.e., they will continue to apply to you) including all limitations on liability, releases, indemnification obligations, disclaimers of warranties, agreements to arbitrate, choices of law and judicial forum, and intellectual property protections and licenses.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COTI LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON- INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COTI LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Each party to this Agreement hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Florida, USA, for the purposes of any proceeding arising out of or based upon this Agreement.
